There's a checkbox for free site migration at checkout. Tick it and we know to do the move for you.
We'll Reach Out to You
After you order, we email you to sort out the details. We need a login to your current host and to your WordPress admin area, and that is the last thing we ask of you.
Migration in Progress
We copy your files and your database across to our servers and update the settings that point your domain at them. Your old site stays live the whole time.
Testing and Finalization
We click through the moved site and check the pages, the forms, and the checkout before anything switches over. Then we walk you through pointing your domain at the new hosting.
You're On Our Hosting
From here the site is ours to keep running. Updates, backups, and security are handled, and you have a real person to message when something comes up.
