Logs From Websites We Host
When we host a website for a client, our servers keep a record of the requests that website receives. Each line records the visitor's IP address, the page or file requested, the time, the response, and the browser or device the request came from.
Why we keep it
- Keeping the site up and working out what went wrong when something breaks
- Finding slow pages and other performance problems
- Spotting attacks, spam and abuse, and blocking them
- Counting visits to the site, which is what some of our hosting plans are billed on
Who can see it
Our staff can see it, and so can the people who own or manage that website, through the Logs tab in their Reggio Digital dashboard. That includes the visitor IP addresses. A client only ever sees the log for their own website, never anyone else's, and we do not sell it or hand it to anyone else except where the "Legal Requirements" section above applies.
How long we keep it
On our own servers these logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Sites we still manage on Pressable follow that host's own retention period. The dashboard shows only the most recent activity rather than the whole period, and we do not keep a separate copy of these logs once they are deleted.
If you visited a website we host
The business that runs the website decides what happens on it, and we run the hosting on their behalf. If you want to know what a particular site holds about you, or you want it removed, contact that site's owner first. You are also welcome to write to us at hello@reggiodigital.com and we will help them answer you.

- Provide our services to you
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
- Maintain security and prevent fraud
When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information promptly.
