How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, resetting it only takes a minute.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

On the login page, click Forgot your password? below the login form.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address on your account and submit the form. We always show the same message, whether or not that email has an account, so nobody can use this page to check who our customers are.

Step 3: Check Your Email

If the address matches an account, a reset link arrives within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Step 4: Set a New Password

Click the link in the email and choose a new password. It needs to be at least 8 characters. That's the only requirement.

Step 5: Log In

Once your password is set, log in right away with your new credentials.

Troubleshooting

Not receiving the email?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Confirm you entered the correct email address
• Wait a few minutes and try again
• Contact support if it still hasn't arrived

Reset link expired?

Reset links expire after 60 minutes. Just request a new one from the login page to continue.
