Understanding Your Plan and Usage Limits
What's included in your Reggio Digital plan and how to keep an eye on your usage.
What's Included in Your Plan
Every Reggio Digital hosting plan includes a set number of websites, an amount of storage, and a monthly visit allowance. Understanding these limits helps you pick the right plan and avoid surprise charges.
The Three Main Limits
Each plan includes:
- Websites: the maximum number of sites you can run on that plan
- Storage: total disk space across the sites on that plan
- Monthly visits: visitor traffic across the sites on that plan
If you hold more than one plan, each plan has its own limits. Storage and visits don't pool between plans: two plans that each include 10 GB give you two separate 10 GB allowances, not one 20 GB allowance. A site's usage always counts against the plan it's on.
Checking Your Usage
Go to your Websites page to see where you stand. Your sites are grouped by plan, and each plan shows a summary like "2 of 3 sites, 4.2 GB of 15 GB storage, 12,431 of 75,000 visits this month."
What Happens If You Go Over?
- Websites: you won't be able to add another site on that plan until you upgrade or remove one. This is a hard limit.
- Storage and visits: going over adds a modest overage charge to your next invoice. Nothing is shut off or blocked. You can also pre-pay for extra room with add-on blocks, which usually costs less than paying overage. See "Add-On Blocks" for details.
We'll always let you know before any overage charge hits your account. No surprises.
Choosing the Right Plan
Our plans range from a single site up to twenty, with more storage and visits at each level. Not sure which fits? Get in touch and we'll help you pick.
